Submission Criteria

1. Submissions will be accepted at any time. Please send to StoriesInMedicineUAPhx@gmail.com (and CC: jhartmarkhill@email.arizona.edu) as a word document.
2. Please provide contact information (name, email) and <200 word short bio
3. Optional: Include meaning, significance, or inspiration of piece. If you would like a cover photo for your piece, please include that as well.
4. Written pieces have a 1500 word limit, however if your piece does exceed this, please send an email for prior approval. Photographs and visual artwork should not exceed 5MB in an email. Please provide a title and artist statement.
If a consent form is needed for any piece, please send an email.
Once submissions are reviewed, you will be notified of any necessary edits and when it is ready to be published on the blog!
